Sit with the silences and see what else comes. Stick to the full 20 minutes even if it’s in silence. At around 10 minutes you will begin to start peeling back the layers and getting to your purpose, your why, your businesses why. Type up the manuscript
and highlight important areas of information that really stands out for you, that makes you feel, that resonates.

What are you passionate about? Get creative - how can you bring more of what you lights you up into your business?
What is an absolute no for you? What is an absolute yes for you?
