설립 목적

본 학회는 트리플헬릭스 이론과 방법론 연구를 통한 이노베이션 커뮤니케이션에 기여하기 위해 설립. 트리플헬릭스모델(THM: Triple Helix Model)이란 사회현상의 원인과 결과를 설명하기 위해, 최소한 3개 요소들 간의 상호작용 과정과 구조에 초점을 맞추는 접근법. 과거에는 주로 정부-대학-산업 간 협업 네트워크로 구축되어 국가 및 지역 클러스터의 과학기술 혁신의 형태와 내용을 수량적으로 파악하는데 적용. 그렇지만, 최근에 빅데이터와 콘텐츠를 포함하여 여러 분야로 빠르게 확산. 또한 본 학회는 이노베이션 구조와 내용 분석을 위한 네트워크 방법론 등 광범위한 학제간 방법론도 비중 있게 연구. 이와 같은 연구를 위해 경영학, 행정학, 언론정보학, 관광학, 컴퓨터공학, 정보서비스학, 교육학, 사회학 등 다양한 접근을 융합한 초학제적 방법을 수행. 2009년에 설립된 본 학회는 새롭게 부각되고 있는 미래학 분야를 추가하면서 2015년에 글로벌 학회로 확대 개편.

세계 최대 학회인 INSNA (International Network for Social Network Analysis)가

공식 인정한 한국 유일의 국제회의입니다.

○ 주요 분야 및 기능

➀ 주요분야 : 학회에는 여러 분야에서 회원들이 초학문적 융합 연구를 수행하고

있음. 크게 두 분야로 나누어보면, WISDT (Webometrics, Informetrics,

Scientometrics, Datametrics, Technometrics)에 초점을 두는 방법론주의 활동

과 IISTS (Innovation In Science, Technology, and Society) 모델 개발을 강조

하는 이론주의 활동이 있음. 트리플헬릭스의 연구경향을 보면, '신진화주의

(neo-evolution)' 접근법은 대학, 기업, 정부를 비롯하여 행위자들 내·외부 간
