Each of the three new buildings is fully accessibleAll apartments are 'visitable‘
45 of 938 bed spaces are enabled bed spaces with specially designed toilet/shower facilities with 'nurse call' system centrally monitored and enabled kitchen facilities.
Each apartment has an 1800 turning circle for wheelchair access.
All switches, door furniture etc are universally accessible-visibility socket switches fitted
Specifically designated parking bays
Provision of facilities for both the visually impaired and deaf occupants.
