SUPPLY FAN CONTROL:

When the thermostat fan mode is set to low, the supply fan will run continuously at low speed. When the thermostat fan mode is set

to medium, the supply fan will run continuously at medium speed. When the thermostat fan mode is set to high, the supply fan will

run continuously at high speed. When the thermostat fan mode is set to auto, Medium & High speed will operate automatically on

temperature error from setpoint. Low speed operates auto on demand. When there is no demand low speed will shutdown and will

reactivate based on demand.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL:

The unit will control to maintain the zone temperature setpoint as sensed by the zone temperature sensor.

OCCUPIED MODE:

The occupancy mode will be controlled via a network input.

HEATING\COOLING COIL:

The heating\cooling coil will be modulated to maintain the temperature setpoint.

CONFIGURATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Hold the menu key for approximately 8 seconds to access the installer configuration menu. If the default value is desired, press the

no key to advance to the next parameter. Press the yes key to edit the parameter. Use the up and down keys to change the value.

PSWRD: sets the protective access password to prevent unauthorized access to the installer configuration menu. (default: 0)

COM ADDR: set MS/TP address of the thermostat (default 254, range 4-127)

BI1: leave at default value (none)

BI2: leave at default value (none)

UI3: leave at default value (none)

MENUSCRO: gives option to have display continuously scroll through parameters (default on)

AUTOMODE: enables auto changeover from heating to cooling via the mode key (default on)

C or F: provides temperature scale options (default F)

LOCKOUT: set to (0) for all access, set to (1) for access to all except occupancy, set to (2) for occupancy and occupied

setpoints, set to (3) for occupied setpoints only, set to (4) for occupancy only, set to (5) for no access.

PIPE NO: number of pipes, set to (2.0 pipes)

CNTRLTYP: define control output for valves, set to (floating)

SEQOPRA: set to (0) for dual temperature coil with automatic changeover

FAN MENU: sets the fan mode options. Set to (2)

ST-BY TM: sets the time delay between the moment where the pir cover detected the last movement in the area and the time

which the thermostat stand-by mode and setpoints become active. (default: 0.5 hours)

UNOCC TM: sets the time delay between the moment when the thermostat controller toggles to stand-by mode and the time

which the thermostat unoccupied mode and setpoints become active. (default: 0.0 hours)

ST-BY HT: sets standy-by heating setpoint value (default 69.0 F/20.5 C)

ST-BY CL: sets stand-by cooling setpoint value (default 78.0 F/25.5 C)

UNOCC HT: sets unoccupied heating setpoint value (default 62.0 F/16.5 C)

UNOCC CL: sets unoccupied cooling setpoint value (default 80.0 F/26.5 C)

HEAT MAX: set to maximum occupied and unoccupied heating setpoint values (default 90 deg F)

COOL MIN: set to minimum occupied and unoccupied cooling setpoint values (default 54 deg F)

PBAND: sets the proportional band used by the thermostat controller proportional-integral (pi) control loop. (default: 3.0F°/

1.2C°)

SET TYPE: provides option of temporarily changing the heating or cooling setpoints via the up/down keys. SET TO (temporar)

for changes to remain effective for specified tocctime, or set to (permnent) to permanently store changes.

SPT FUNC: sets the operation and usage of local setpoint interface by the user (default dual stp)

TOCCTIME: set the duration of temporary occupied (default 2 hours)

DEADBAND: set minimum dead band between heating and cooling setpoints (default 2.0 deg F)

CAL RS: set zone sensor calibration offset (default 0.0)

AUX CONT: set to (0) for unused or used for reheat

AUTO FAN: as = auto speed only: as ad = auto speed / auto demand (set to as ad, 1.5 min)

FL TIME: set maximum actuator stroke time set to (1.0 min)

SUPPLY FAN CONTROL:

The constant speed supply fan (SF-C) will be started based on occupancy schedule. When the supply fan

status (SF-S) indicates the fan started, the control sequence will be enabled. Upon a loss of airflow (SF-S), the

system will attempt to automatically restart until positive status is received. .

ECONOMIZER CONTROL:

When the outdoor air (OA-T) is cooler than the economizer setpoint, cooling will be provided by the OA damper

as required.

When outside air damper (MAD-O) is greater than the exhaust damper enable setpoint, the two position

exhaust damper (EAD-C) will open.

MINIMUM OA CONTROL:

The fresh air intake of the unit will be limited to prevent the mixed air temperature (MA-T) from falling below the

low limit setpoint (OALT-SP).

TEMPERATURE CONTROL:

The discharge air temperature setpoint (DAT-SP) will be reset as the zone temperature (ZN-T) changes.

OCCUPIED MODE:

The occupancy mode will be controlled via a network input (OCC-SCHEDULE). The occupancy mode can also

be overridden by a network input (OCC-OVERRIDE) or a temporary occupancy switch (ZN-TOCC) on the zone

temperature sensor (ZN-T).

UNOCCUPIED MODE:

The unit will cycle to maintain unoccupied zone setpoints (CLGUNOCC-SP & HTGUNOCC-SP) during

unoccupied periods.

HEATING/COOLING COIL:

The heating/cooling coil will modulate to maintain the discharge air temperature setpoint (DAT-SP). The

summer/winter switchover will be accomplished using a network command (SUMWIN-C). When the unit is

shutdown, the heating/cooling coil will be commanded to a preset position should the outdoor air temperature

fall below the low outdoor air temperature setpoint (OALT-SP). Upon a loss of airflow, the heating/cooling coil

will be commanded to a preset position should the outdoor air temperature fall below the low outdoor air

temperature setpoint (OALT-SP).

UNIT PROTECTION:

Low Temperature Alarm (LT-A) - When in "Alarm", the control sequence will stop running, the valve(s) will

open and the fan(s) will be disabled via a hard wired shutdown circuit.

Return Air Smoke Detector (RA-SD) - Disables the fan(s) via a hard wired shutdown circuit.
