T 12 Graduation Day 2016

Tassels were turned – caps were tossed – hugs and smiles abounded as the graduates of the four Diocesan Catholic high schools celebrated their commencements and embarked on their futures filled with pride and hope.

Bishop Joseph C. Bambera congratulated the graduates and thanked all those who support each institution and their students.

He advised the graduates to recognize their gifts, own them and use them wisely and generously. As you go, he told them, embrace these simple yet treasured lessons for living that you have received these past few years:

“Be men and women for others. Attend to your life’s work with integrity, grounded in your faith and with a profound respect for the lives that are woven into your own. Forgive often. Be accepting of others. And be dedicated to the Gospel value of servant leadership – serving generously – with no one excluded – as Jesus gives us example.”

Presented here are scenes from the four commencements.
