Village Hotel Club

Welcome to Village, the 21st Century hotel club. Thoughtfully designed rooms and mouthwatering menus. High-end gyms and luxurious spa treatments. Top of the range networking facilities for businesses. Want to be part of it?

Village Hotel Club is a portfolio of 28 assets across the UK from Aberdeen in the north to Bournemouth in the south, from Swansea in the west to Hull in the east. The portfolio extends to over 3,000 rooms. Village is owned by KSL Capital Partners, a major US-based fund specialising in the hospitality sector.

Each Village property incorporates an impressive health and leisure club with wet leisure and state-of-the-art gym equipment, business club incorporating meeting and conference facilities, a full bar and restaurant offer, an in-house Starbucks and a large dedicated on-site car parking provision.

All our locations are carefully chosen, and range from convenient ‘edge of town’ addresses to spots in the very heart of bustling British cities, to ensure guests have the ideal access to exactly what they need.

Village Hotel Club

With everything under one roof, Village Hotel Clubs are the perfect place to stay the night for an exceptional relaxation experience. The standard rooms are anything but standard, with big comfy beds covered in a snuggly duvet, muscle-healing power showers and large flat screen TVs for when you feel like browsing your favourite channels.

Then there are the Club rooms. These are our must-have room upgrade, each one featuring a wide variety of carefully thought through little extras. Additional touches include things like SKY HD with sports and movies, Tassimo coffee machine for your favourite espresso treat and daily mineral water. Guests also receive complimentary use of our gym, with the chance to get busy with a serious cardio or weights workout, or chill out with a class or spa visit. This is one upgrade that keeps on rewarding you from the very moment you check in.

The atmosphere in a pub is something you notice the moment you walk in, and it’s certainly not something you can fake. That’s why we made it a priority to make sure anyone eating and drinking at Village Hotel Club gets all the choice and variety of a proper British pub.

Our Pub features everyone’s favourite drinks, including ice cold beers and real ales, a menu of hearty pub classics, juicy burgers, hot wings and all kinds of food for sharing. All this in a friendly atmosphere with plenty of sport and entertainment to lap up on our giant 97 inch HD TV screens.

A proper PUB, not just a hotel bar.

Each Village Hotel Club features a buzzing contemporary restaurant. Take your seat and we’ll serve up your choice from our delicious menu, including prime steaks, fresh fish and our unique ‘500 Club’ section aimed at anyone who is watching their waistline, in which every dish is under 500 calories. (And for everyone not watching theirs, we have a host of wickedly tempting desserts.)

It’s a great place to dine for couples enjoying a weekend away, or for professionals relaxing after a productive meeting. We’re all set to look after groups of all sizes that are celebrating a special occasion too.

This includes a licensed Pub, comfortable Cafeteria, on-site Starbucks, meeting and events venue, state-of-the-art Village Gym with heated swimming pool and car parking. All of this is neatly situated on a site footprint of around 2.5 acres.Additionally, certain bespoke builds and building refurbishments can be accommodated. For example, in city centre locations or mixed use schemes. Or inside the M25 where a full 2.5 acre site is unrealistic.
