Channel Leadership and Vision Creates Business Value for Partners and Customers
LOS ANGELES, CA – March 18, 2015 – dinCloud, a cloud services provider that helps
businesses rapidly migrate to the cloud through business provisioning, today announced that its
VP of sales, David Graffia, was named as a 2015 Circle of Excellence Award winner by Channel
Partners magazine. Graffia was also recently named to the 2015 CRN Channel Chiefs list.
“Circle of Excellence honors executives for their vision, innovation, and advocacy of the indirect
channel during a time of transition,” said Art Wittmann, content director of Channel Partners.
“This program recognizes IT and telecom channel leaders who are helping their partners create
business value for their customers.”
Winners are selected based on leadership in the industry, the channel or their company, and their
advocacy for channel support/resources within their own company. Over the past year,
dinCloud’s channel accomplishments have allowed the company to successfully onboard
hundreds of customers across an array of verticals including legal, retail, healthcare, financial,
and others. Channel accomplishments include:
Building strong partnerships with large value-added-resellers (e.g. CDW, Insight, and
TigerDirect) and global aggregators (e.g. Arrow, Ingram Micro, and Tech Data).
Improving systems and sales automation through the release of dinManage 5.0, a white-
labeled cloud automation and orchestration platform that allows partners to brand and
offer to their customers as a value-added service.
Creating a cloud solution selling methodology that walks partners through the entire sales
process. This includes verifiable outcomes, check points, and key steps necessary to
move a potential customer opportunity forward through the sales process, from qualifying
a lead, to the eventual close, deployment, and ongoing support.
Creating lead generation and customizable deal registration forms to guide partners in
asking appropriate qualifying questions when speaking to an end user, and technical
discovery forms. This allows partners to ask the appropriate technical questions so the
end user’s environment can be provisioned efficiently.

Spring 2015 Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. Additionally, winners will be
