Courier and Security bag making machine Dimatic Silver 101

The machine model DIMATIC SILVER 101 is a 7 servos microprocessor controlled high-speedbag machine for the production of all kind of courier and security bags

Features of the machine:

N 1 Servo driven draw roll controlled by microprocessor for accurate draw lengh( usedfrom 1981); Bag lenght changes are made quickly from the operators console.

N 1 Additional draw rolls for better tension control on attachments platform driven by a

servo motor for tension adjustment during the wide sealing and to move smoothly thematerial from the sealing area avoiding the elongation; nip rollers with pneumaticcontrol of pression.

N 1 Additional draw rolls for better tension control on attachments platform driven by aservo motor for tension adjustment in the second section of the machine after the widesealing for extra operations like punching the handle, sealing around the handle, orapply the tamper evident; nip rollers with pneumatic control of pression.

N 1 Servo driven dwell time adjustment on fly when the machine is running ( thesealing bar with radius 60it is used to cut and seal the wide sealing in the middle)

N 2 Servo driven units for wide sealing across the web with independent temperaturecontrol for each sealing bar(up and down) and a system to avoidthat the material issticking to the wide sealing bars. The units can be used for wide sealins from 10 to 30

mm or with mix seal bar from 2 to 6 mm for each sealing N 1 Servo driven chilled water cooling bar to press and cool the wide sealing Constant velocity infeed section with nip roller driven by AC motor for web tension

control Pneumatic rolls dancer Punching timing adjustable while the machine is running for faster set-up Automatic pneumatic seal lift raises sealer when the machine is stopped (used from

1982!); the sealer head pivots 90 degrees from the operating position allowing easyaccess to the sealer and the drawroll for threading and maintenance. The sealerautomatically lowers to sealing position when the machine is started.

Attachements

All the attachments can be motorized for auto adjustment in accordance with the

printing repetition and the web guiding.

Double motorized unwinder unit (PLS/CS) with automatic tension control to start from aroll of tamper evident film and a roll of siliconized release liner to laminate with hot-meltand apply to the bag. The tamper evident tape can be applied on the bag with glue orsealed(this is an option).

The indicated production rate came up from the experience and depend on the quality of thematerial used and from correct utilization of the machine. The production here indicated for thetesting of the machine have been considered by the use of your first quality extruded and printedand planarity film. Otherwise the indication of cycles per minute cannot be considered as indicativedata.
