    Kashmiri Scarves via the E-commerce(online business). The range of Kashmiri scarves

    will consist of several different unique handmade Kashmiri materials which will sale at

    an affordable price. While providing the service of supplying the exclusive range ofscarves, the business also aims to deliver a high quality of customer service. The

    business will not only focus on the supply of the materials but also aim to fulfill customer

    needs and delivery the best customer service. My business will help to bring new

    To make my business better than other competitors, the critical analysis to find out the factors of

    different business Exotic India is an online business website of Kashmiri scarf.

    Customers can change the different languages.

    This website is Indian website the product belongs from india so they can convert

    the curreny.

    They provide subcripition facility for customers, for example if customer subscribe

    they will provide emails from there website and only twice a month so that customer

    will not be boared about the servivces.

    They use social media for promoition policy like facebook as shown in figure ( you

    Provide large details customers are not interested to read large details.

    customers through the following reasons:

    The website did shows long description of background, it is not required

    Font size and color is not right because it does not match with background.

    Less use of social media using only Facebook and twitter. They do not provide the converting currency details.

    The advantage is they are online and customer can text them anytime.

    They provide free shipping.

    My online business namely . Will contain a homepage and then it willcontain the second page about the product page, which will provide information aboutthe product.The homepage will contain various features like:

    Social network sharing facilities like (Face book, twitter, you tube and other).

    Search button: when customer browse on search button it will show the lists ofall items in the store so its easy for customers to choose the product from them.The search button will be presented in the way the visitor is not required to writethe entire name of the product. The application will be auto-complete featuresthat help the customer through the product user they are looking for.

    Contents: contents will provide lot of information about the product to visit andbuy the product.

    On the homepage shows the different ways to contact us through email, calling,newsletters etc we will provide toll free number to customer, so they can callanytime for enquiry.

    The contents will be continuously updating and fresh to keep people comingback.

    Structure the website will contain three pages and they will be interlinked to eachother but page title will be distinct (homepage, product page and paymentmethod page)

    The website will be user friendly by using CSS and JavaScript. CSS will help toposition the elements, and JavaScript will help to manipulate the page elementsby removing, hiding and showing them.

    Navigation will be friendly to the customers, it will be easy for customers tobrowse the site like (three links will be used for major areas and it will help thevisitors to enjoy the website). We will give customers the chance to skip theadverts if they dont like them when clicked to the content section. By using CSS

    applications in website.

    Credibility: the business will reach out to every customers and provide themsecurity and confidence why they using our service? Most of the people donttrust the online shopping they are not comfortable about it. They must needguidance and they need satisfaction, the issues are security and privacy issues,we will provide them the promising statement of trust and customer service.
