Speakers

Yin Tianshu

Yin Tianshu is Case Administrator of CIETAC Arbitration Court. With her vast experience from assisting arbitral tribunals in hundreds of cases, she is well situated to help shine light on the needs and complexity of case administration in the digital era.

Johan Molin

Johan Molin is a partner with Magnusson Law firm, a firm with strong presence in the Nordics. He is an expert in contract and procedural law and has extensive experience in a range of legal areas including commercial and corporate litigation both nationally and internationally, including Chinese clients and matters.

Li Hu

Dr. Hu Li is a highly experienced arbitrator with a strong position in the global arbitration community. He is appointed Deputy Secretary General of CIETAC, Vice Chairman of CMAC, Board Member of SCC to mention only a few of his many appointments. Outside of this, he has sat as arbitrator in more than 120 cases.

Annette Magnusson

Annette Magnusson is Secretary General at the SCC since 2010 and “a thought leader and global star” according to the 2019 Report on Regional Arbitration. Digital novelties at the SCC under her leadership includes electronic case management, the Stockholm Arbitration Portal data base and the recently launched SCC Platform.
