and Thailand – met and signed the ASEAN

Declaration, more commonly known as the

Bangkok Declaration.

• The five foreign ministers:

Adam Malik of Indonesia,

Narciso Ramos of the Philippines,

Abdul Razak of Malaysia,

S. Rajaratnam of Singapore,

Thanat Khoman of Thailand .6
