I also used the circular marquee tool in the bottom right hand corner to brighten up the bottom of the picture with some circles. I used the bubble filler to create textures in the rectangles and in the background, behind my head. I also turned the whole picture into the filter, Hard Mix to create that Ed Paschke neon feel.
