Murray Ball’s character ‘Dog’ has always inspired me. He is the quintessential Kiwi character. He is tough…fair….kind….a lover….a helper ….determined…. unflappable….brave….gives anything a go…and he learns from his mistakes.

Dog is a great bloke and an inspirational leader.

These people inspire me to inspire them. The faces change from year to year but the sentiment remains.

This is all who it is for…my family. There are not many of us (I am the one on the left) but we shape me and my leadership. My wife is an inspirational and strong leader and it is important that my son learns from his parents and becomes a man that will help shape the lives and inspire others.

My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion,

some compassion, some humour, and some style.

If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude.
