Our Expansion Plan
Currently we have three main types of business verticals which are Federal Bank Business
Advisory Platform, Akshaya Business Advisory Platform and Open Advisory Platform. Both Federal
Bank and Akshaya Platforms were already established and the Open Platform is in developing stage
over countrywide operations. Presently we are following a franchise strategy for the expansion of
open platform. The first stage is to provide a master franchisee in each country and they have the
power to add upto 100 franchisee units under them. In UK, We have implemented this strategy
right now. Each of these franchisee units are known as DBC –Digital Business Centers- and there
are mainly three types of Digital Business Centers will establish. The first types of DBC are shop
front offices, second type will be Influential network persons and the third type will be
professionals like lawyers, accountants, solicitors etc.

Key Assumptions

➢ Our platform is delivering B2B business service to 3850 offices in India and our minimum
turnover target per office is £720 per year (3,850 x £720) = annual turnover of £ 2.8
million.

The Digital Platform has a number of services with it and we classified those service lines into
four main heads as our turnover mix.
1. Business Advisory Services
This service mix consists of business supporting services which we are providing globally.
The turnover share of business advisory services to our aggregate turnover will be 60%.
2. Skill Courses
Skill courses means the practical training sessions of each service to self employed persons
and make them productive. The turnover share of skill course to our aggregate turnover
will be 10%.
3. Online Courses
Online courses consist of the online tuition segment of our platform. We have several type
of online tuition programs which e are providing globally. The turnover share of online
courses to our aggregate turnover will be 20%.

Virtual staffing solution is a separate area which providing virtual staff support for
offshore clients. The turnover share of virtual staffing solution to our aggregate turnover
will be 10%.
