First you take a bite of your food

Next it goes down your esophagus

After it goes into your stomach to get broken down

It goes through your intestines and out your anus

Breaks Down food to nourish cells

A tube in which food that you eat passes through

Through the stomach for more breaking down

Esophagus

A place to store food

Digests food that you eat

Stomach

Works with the Stomach

The stomach makes a thick paste so it could pass through the small intestines

Small Intestine

The second last part of the digestive system

Helps the food /waste that isn’t needed leave the body

Large Intestine

Makes various enzymes

Break down food

Pancreas

Make/store chemical called Bile

Breaks down fats

Gallbladder/Liver
