Music video’s are short 3-5 minute videos consisting of a song and imagery. These videos are typically used for promotional purposes for the artist to promote his album.

PERFORMANCE BASED

Performance based music videos are generally used for bands and sometimes a solo performer from genres such as rock and indie. The video will consist of a group of artist preforming with different instruments like the drums or playing the guitar and one of them being the lead vocalist and sometimes they can be seen as preforming at a concert.
