  3. 3. The best type of classroom organization is a teacher working with the class as a whole group. Whole class teaching can be dynamic and motivating and, by treating everyone as part of the same group we can build a great sense of belonging-of being part of a team.
  4. 4. They foster cooperative activity. Students participate more actively. Give the students chances for greater independence. Give the teacher more oppotunity to focus attention on particular students, who need special help.
  5. 5. It allows students to work at their own speed, and allows them to be individuals. They are considering their own individual needs and progress SOLOWORK
