Dear Karine... Ito na yung diet. Basic Fat Burning Soup (BFB) Ingredients: 6 carrots, 2 green peppers, 6 large green onion leeks, 2 stalks celery, 1 packet Knorr soup mix or vegetable seasoning, 1 large head of cabbage, ¼ kg green peas (Baguio), 1-2 cans of tomatoes or 3 whole big tomatoes 1. Cut the vegetables into small or medium pieces and boil for at least 10 minutes or until softened 2. Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are soft and tender. Blend the stock. 3. Season the cooked vegetables with chicken boullion/veg seasoning/knorr soup mix. >Nung first try ko nito nasuka ako. Haha. Pero ang ginawa ko magpprepare ako ng separate na knorr soup (mushroom or corn) tas immix ko dun sa BFB. 1:1 ratio yung soup and BFB, i-mix mo nga lang yung knorr soup pag kakainin mo na. Eat all you can yung soup, the more you eat the more you lose weight. Ang ginawa namin bumili kami ng thermos para pwedeng baunin yung soup sa office. Pag di mo kayang ubusin yung soup in a day, i-ref mo nalang then add the knorr soup para maging warm. Restrictions: NO FRIED FOODS OR BREAD. DEFINITELY NO ALCOHOL AND CARBONATED DRINKS. >Strictly follow the 7-day diet plan. Dito sa 7-day plan dapat sundan mo strictly yung given foods, pag sinabing veg, veg lang kakainin mo for the whole day plus yung BFB soup, no rice no extra meals. Tas magbaon ka ng AT LEAST 1L OF WATER PER DAY. 7-DAY DIET PLAN: DAY 1: ALL FRUITS EXCEPT BANANAS. Eat the BFB soup and fruits. Eat all you can BFB soup. *Yung fruits at least 2 hours after the main meal mo kainin para hindi maging acidic yung stomach. DAY 2: ALL VEGETABLE. Except dry beans, peas and corn. Eat until you are stuffed.Try to eat a lot of leafy vegetables with the BFB soup. DINNER: Reward yourself with a big potato and butter. *Yung sa baked potato, mag poke ka ng holes sa potato, lagyan mo ng olive oil, i- wrap mo sa foil tas lagay sa toaster oven. Or I-boil mo nalang yung potato then add low fat butter once cooked. DAY 3: FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. Fruits and vegs like in days 1 and 2. Eat all you can of the BFB soup. NO BAKED POTATO. DAY 4: BANANAS AND SKIM MILK. Eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as much as 2-8 glasses of skim milk on this day along with your BFB soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates. Your body will need the potassium and carbs, proteins and calcium to lessen your craving for sweets. DAY 5: TOFU/BEEF AND TOMATOES. You may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water to wash away the uric acid in your body.

Ayun tas according to yahoo (hanapin mo nalang dun), hindi ka pwedeng mag skip ng meal kasi your metabolism slows down para i-conserve yung energy from your last meal, so eat all you can sa BFB soup.Magbaon ka nga lang ng panyo pag nasa labas ka kasi youll sweat a lot - fat burning nga naman.
