You will getan opportunity to explore learner-centric design models and techniques, assessyour own competencies on learning design and delivery, and work with expertfacilitators. In one week, your learning will be focused on how to apply the tools and principlesof instructional design utilizing a human performance improvement approach. Raghunath VJRaghunath is an engineer with four decades of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. His interest in learning and making peoplelearn made him take up the training portfolio post retirement in the last decade. Currently he leads this team of passionate andtalented learning professionals, who believe in sound instructional design principles and work with diverse audience across India. Helikes to stay connected with the domain and continues to learn from participants.

Ramanath LRamanath is a Consultant with Azim Premji University. He brings in 25 years of experience working across multiplebusinesses in different roles. Prior to joining the University, Ramanath was associated with Wipro as Vice President.Currently he works in the area of Personal Effectiveness that includes instructional design and facilitation skills amongseveral other training programs. He is also responsible for interfacing with senior officials in the government andeducational NGOs and help design appropriate interventions.

Praveen Kumar NaiduPraveen is extremely passionate about designing and facilitating effective learning experiences. He brings over 15 years ofexperience in corporate training, building learning architecture, and organizational development. Prior to joining the University,Praveen has worked with HSBC Bank, Dell Computers, and Northern Trust Bank, designing and facilitating cutting edge learninginterventions. Presently, he spends most of his energy and time in helping learning & organizational development professionalsand also teachers and teacher educators to enhance their craft in terms of design, facilitation, coaching & mentoring.
