The assessment process will take place over two days. Each session will involve 8
people.

Assessment Specialist for the Feedback and Development Planning interview.
In that moment candidates realize which are the skills to strengthen/improve and
engage in their own development plan.

Developmental Assessment Center Middle Management
Composed by several activities and based on a fictitious scenario in which
people are asked to act out their usual behavior.
Activities are created ‘ad hoc’ to elicit some specific underlying competencies.
People perform and reveal their potential, strength and improvement points.
