ACQUIREThe starting point of any football technique is the cognitive movement process. Young players must firstly gain the mechanical movements and develop their co-ordination in order to control their body. This incorporates agility, balance, flexibility and mobility and ultimately stimulates muscle memory.

DevelopPlayers’ physical and mental skills are always tested and improved in our sessions. The intense cardiovascular element of technical practise has a positive effect on core strength and stamina. The demands of the techniques produce strong, flexible joints in young footballers which help in injury prevention. Creating a fun, competitive environment aids in the psychological development.

EmployTechnique ultimately has to be game effective. If players have confidence in their abilities, have speed in their technique and make correct decisions, then they will be successful when using those techniques in match situations. To progress young players will take many years, but only through structured, high quality practise either with the coach or independently, can excellence be achieved.
