Pathways to ApprenticeshipsDiscover how to secure an apprenticeship job

If you are aged 16-24 and without a Level 3 qualification, then you can develop your employability skills with a traineeship.

Pathways to Apprenticeships is designed to helpyou gain the skills required to successfully gainemployment as an apprentice and improve your long term prospects to help you to achieve your career ambition.

Training is suitable for those who are:

• Unemployed, not currently in education and have little work experience. • Aged 16 to 24, who have not yet achieved a full level 3 qualification. A full level 3 qualification is equivalent to 2 or more A Level passes.

Pathways to Apprenticeships will allow you todevelop a range of skills which will enable you to apply for apprenticeships or employment. You will also receive a reference as well as continuedsupport from our Employment Gateway.

Pathways to Apprenticeships training is free.At the end of your work trial, you will receivea job interview with the company if anapprenticeship role becomes available.
