One central element in all intensive courses, and this is irrespective of the course level, is the practice-oriented nature of tuition. By this we mean the conscientious exemplary implementation of what has been learnt in real communication situations. We recommend the 3-weeks all-day course (especially for those who have only little or no previous knowledge of the language), as only in this course it is possible to finish a standard level of proficiency.

LEISURE AND CULTURAL PROGRAMME (2 afternoons or evenings per week)

Use your spare time and the interesting choice of cultural events to get to know the city and more importantly learn German in a relaxed atmosphere. [dig]-teachers accompany you on visits to museums, concerts, pubs,

The saftey and proper supervision of our young participants is given priority!

Ideally situated on the outskirts of Graz, the Alt-Grottenhof school is a place

of safety and comfort, and offers a lot of fun.

diploma (7 different levels) and offers an individual and special preparation.

ÖIF – INTEGRATION COURSES

[dig]-Integration courses prepare migrants for the official German tests of the Integration Agreement (Level A2, Level B1 for permanent residence and Austrian citizenship). The examination will take place at the end of the course.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT through the blue ÖIF federal voucher:

Migrants can receive financial support in the form of the blue ÖIF federal voucher.

Participants who have successfully completed a certified German course at level A2 with an

ÖIF test within 18 months after the voucher was issued receive compensation for a maximum

of 300 class hours or 50% of the course costs, maximum € 750,-.

As soon as we have received a deposit of € 150.-, you will receive a booking-confirmation with detailed

information and the address of your accommodation

We kindly ask you to pay the balance prior to the beginning of the course.

Payment is accepted in cash, by postal order, via bank transfer or by credit card (plus 3% credit card transfer fee).

In the case of a bank transfer, [dig] agrees to pay only the Austrian banking fees. In case of delays in payment,

DISCOUNTS – FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS / FAMILY MEMBERS We offer a 10% discount on the course fee for any second course booked for the same person (this is not valid

for individual trainings, special offers or packages, already reduced courses (e.g. evening courses for students),

accommodation, additional programmes, leisure-time activities or transfers). For families, there is a discount of

10% on the course fee for each additional family member at the same course.

CANCELLATION Cancellation is only accepted in writing. In the case of cancellation up to and within the last three weeks before

the course begins, a cancellation fee of € 150.- will be charged. In case of cancellation on the first day of the

course or later, the whole course fee will be charged. Please note that there is no reduction in price or

reimbursement if participants attend irregularly or discontinue attending the course.

COURSE PROGRAMME The indicated prices are valid until 31

st Dec. 2012. Tuition materials (copies) and third-party insurance are

included in the course fees. In each level of proficiency there has to be a minimum of 4 course participants.

[dig] reserves the right to cancel courses if the minimum number of students has not been reached or for

organisational reasons.

In case of a course cancellation, participants will be notified before the beginning of the course. In such a case,

payments already made will be refunded, but there are no claims for damages deriving from any other costs

accrued. In case the minimum number of participants will not be reached the course can still take place, if the

participants agree upon a reduction of the course-hours or regular participants pay for the difference.

VISA [dig] is not responsible for issuing visas or residence permissions. The participants are responsible for adhering

to the valid passport, visa, currency, and customs regulations.

Should you need a visa for the duration of your course, we kindly ask you to pay the total amount for the course

and accommodation in advance. Only then we are allowed to send you a course confirmation and a “Letter of

Invitation / acceptance”.

Please note that the “letter of acceptance” is sent by normal mail to your address (which might take up to 2 - 4

weeks). If you want the letter to be sent by express courier, the fees will be counted up to your bill.

[dig] has no influence on the decision of the Austrian Embassy/Consulate.

In case your visa application is rejected, please send us written proof thereof (issued by the Austrian Embassy

or Consulate) before the course starts. In this case we will refund the total amount received minus € 150,-

(administration charges)

Please note that all photographs taken during the courses are property of [dig] and may be used by [dig] for advertising purposes. The programme might be subject to alterations and printing errors.
