Natural Detox Bath: Relieve Tension,
Anxiety and Stress
Primal Naturalist
This bath relieves muscle tension and significantly reduces inflammation, stress, anxiety and detoxifies the body.
The alkalinity of the water will cause a tingling sensation.
Prep1. TAKE A B COMPLEX VITAMIN
2. RUN A HOT BATH
3. YOU’LL WANT A BIG ICE WATER
Add the following to the bathwater:
1. 6 CUPS OF EPSOM SALT
2. 2 CUPS OF BAKING SODA
3. 2 CUPS OF SEA SALT
4. 1/2 CUP OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE
Add following essential oils to a carrier oil (olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil...) then add to bathwater
5. 20 DROPS OF LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL
6. 10 DROPS OF SWEET ORANGE, LEMON OR BERGAMOT ESSENTIAL OIL
7. 10 DROPS OF EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL
Soak in the bath for thirty minutes to an hour, light a
candle.
Upon exiting the bath, you will feel as if you had just popped a Valium.Your body will feel relaxed, your skin will feel soft and your mind will be at ease, ready for bed.
Chinese philosophers consider bathes to be yin. We are seeking balance! Therefore, do not take more than a few baths per week.
