DYS OVERVIEW

• Mobile filtering and credibility tool

• Not integrated with IBO Site Pro (desktop). Prospect information stored in IBO Site Pro is not shared with DYS and vice versa.

IBO LOGIN

• Use LTD ID Number and password. DYS is shared between account holders. Secondary account holders should log in as if they were primary.

• You will log in the “IBO view” of platform.

PROSPECT LOGIN

• They will use login information received in DYS invitation email.

• They are not limited to a number of logins.

• They will log in the “prospect view” of platform.

1. PERSONALIZE PROFILE • Basic info pulls from LTD

website, but edit info about business, brand, goals, or family here.

• My Intro Video – preview default video or upload video introducing yourself and the business to prospects.

• Do not confuse with prequalifying welcome video in Welcome tab under More section.

• If you choose to import, note that it may take up to one minute.

• Prospects are listed in alphabetical order by first name. Select “Sort” to sort prospects alphabetically, by status, or by ownership.

Select a prospect to view his or her unique prospect profile. Within each prospect profile, you can • Update profile information • Send invitations • Gift prospect-approved audio • Browse Use Report

LOGIN CREDENTIALS • Wondering if a selected prospect has logged in

DYS? Press “Profile” to view total logins and when he / she last logged in.

• You may need to log out and log back in to refresh credentials.

• Invite to Info Session • Invite to Register Included is a link for prospects to opt out of communications. If prospects opt-out, contact info is deleted, as well as gifts.

EMAIL INVITES

• Two-step process • Press “Next” to push

invite to your email platform.

• Edit and send to selected prospect from your email.

TEXT INVITES

• Review content with login and opt-out information.

• Send to selected prospect from your text message client.

INFO SESSION EMAIL INVITE • Browse available Info Session details in Info Session tab

under More section. Updated twice daily.

• Press “Attachments” in invite to locate best location for selected prospect. Search by zip code, city/state, host, or speaker.

• Email includes link for prospect to view location only in Info Session tab. You must provide time and date.

SHARE PROSPECTS As downline, you must share desired prospects with your upline. Upline mentors cannot initiate sharing. Also, you may only share with your upline. 1. Add prospect to your list. 2. Go to Share Prospects tab in More section to

select desired prospect. 3. Press “Add IBOs” to connect upline mentor. 4. Press “Share Prospects” to establish shared

connection. 5. Continue to send invites, gifts, and chat with

selected prospect alongside upline. Upline recognizes you as “owner.”

SHARE PROSPECTS

CHAT • Chat can be initiated with one prospect, or a chat group

can be created with prospect and any member within the LOS who shares that prospect.

• If you allow push notifications from DYS to your phone via your devices settings, you will be notified of incoming chat messages and a numerical badge will display on the DYS icon.

• But, if you log out of DYS, you will not receive chat notifications. Likewise, if your prospects log out of DYS, they will not receive chat notifications.

ACCREDITATION PLUS REMINDERS

• If you choose to include business name, you must disclose that you are an Amway IBO. (Burrows Marketing – Affiliated with Amway.)

• Profile photos may not contain lifestyle images or logos.

• LTD is an optional resource and should be presented as such.

• When lifestyle and income are mentioned Discover tabs, a pop-up income disclosure displays. Read and press “Accept” to move forward.
