THE MUSICIANSHIP GRADE CLASS ON-LINE ENROLMENT LINK h ttps ://studenta pps.dit.ie/m usic

will open at 10.00am on Wednesday 6th September and will close at 5.00pm on Friday 15th September 2017.

You cannot log on prior to the above available date and time. Note: Remember to have your Student ID number and Self-Service Pin available to hand

before logging onto the above link.

A copy of the 2017 /18 Musicianship Timetable and instructions on how to use the musicianship on-line enrolment system are attached.

MUSICIANSHIP ENROLMENT POLICY FOR STUDENTS

• Musicianship enrolment is on a first come, first served basis; • Students cannot attend a musicianship class without first formally enrolling on-line for

such class; • Students, once enrolled onto their chosen class, cannot transfer to another class

without first contacting the student services office by email: registrations.conservatory@dit.ie to request a Transfer Request Form.

• Students seeking an exemption (subject to criteria) from musicianship in the academic session 2017/18 must first complete and submit a Musicianship Exemption Claim Form. To request the form please email: registrations.conservatorv@dit.ie

• Once your request for an exemption has been approved by the Musicianship Co­Ordinator, the exemption will be applied to your registration record. You will receive an email to advise if your request for an exemption has been approved or not approved.

• Students registered on the Early Years Programmes do not register for musicianship grade classes.

As advised on your Registration letter both Practical and Musicianship Grade Class tuition will commence on and from Saturday 16th September 2017.
