Purpose of the Training

• Decisions should be made based on choices that you have learned about
• You should get help from people you trust when you need it
• Making good decisions takes time and effort
Self-Directing Your Work Life
Means that you take the time to think about:• what you want to do• what you like to do• what you are good at doing• what resources and opportunities are available
• You may need to try different things to figure out what is right for you
