Design Sublimation Apparel Printing Process On Polyester Fabric

With the help of special sublimation dyes,sublimation is the process of printing the design on sublimation paper. We then heat-press the paper onto the polyester fabric and the image is permanently embedded in the fibers. The image will never fade or wash out for the life of the garment. There are two options for sublimation: Spot Sublimation and Full Body Sublimation.

Sublimation printing design is printed on white sheets of fabric. The fabric is then cut and sewn together to create a new garment. The entire garment can be customized including sleeves, collars, fronts and back.Spot Sublimation allows for up to 12×18″ full-color designs to be printed on pre-made garments.

Design as much as you want inside the 6x6", 12x12" or 12x18" design area. Includes player names, numbers and logos.Sublimation printers only print CMYK and cannot print white ink. White garments allow for all colors while green garments will only show black logos.
