■Sponsors that have applied early will be able to specify the time frame of their sponsor talk and the position of their exhibition. (A draw will be made in the event of an overlap.) Sponsors who do not apply early will take part in a draw to determine the time frame of their sponsor talk and the position of their exhibition. There are 20 sponsor talk time frames on a first-come-first-served basis and there will be 28 booths on a first-come-first-served basis in the exhibition. We will stop accepting applications at the time when we reach this limit even if it is still within the secondary application deadline.

■Payment of the sponsor fee: Please transfer the sponsor fee to the designated bank account within two months after registration based on the invoice that will be issued to you by the Japan Electronics Show Association. If it is not possible to confirm your payment prior to the event, please understand in advance that it will not be possible to participate.

■Cancellation fee: If you cancel after one month has passed since you made your application, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the sponsor fee.
