Statement of the Problem
1. What is the average values using the following parameters:
a) Water level, and
b) Response time of the system?
2. What are the physical specifications of the designs?

Statement of the Problem
3. How much would cost to develop the designs?
4. What is the significant difference between the reading in terms of:
a) Water level, and
b) Response time of the system?

Research Procedure
1. Test Effectiveness in:
a) Water Level Readings:
i. Actual Reading (human)
ii. Displayed Reading (LCD/ Indicator)
iii. Transmitted Reading (Server)
b) Response time : Critical Water Level
Two test per trial
c) 30 trials
