USER RESEARCH

•  Find interview people affected by lockers - to create personas

•  *do not develop fake personas. Please find real people.

à  High school students/middle school students

à  Teachers

à  Locker manufacturers

BRAINSTORM

•  Brain storm with group or write for 15-30 minutes straight

•  Ask why 3 times to find root of problem

•  Keep in mind personas when developing ideas à refer back to them if necessary

DEFINE THE PROBLEM

Define solutions to problems

à  New economic locker rooms save space and area

PROTOTYPE

•  Test prototype – ex new lockers for students

•  Prototype sooner than later, do not perfect idea.

•  More often then not you will hit problems.

•  Hit those problems earlier than later.

TEST

•  After prototype testing is review idea

•  problem occurs go back to idea and redefine problem or redo prototype.

•  Refine idea until you reach a solution.
