Empowering Children to Change the World

The contest is about making our children believe

that CHANGE is POSSIBLE and that THEY CAN be the

CHANGE.

By participating in this program, IRPC can

• Provide native English-speaking English teachers to Thai

Matayom students.

• Provide teachers that will teach English for approximately 1

term (20 hours per week) in a Matayom school.

• Teach the students about how they can make a difference in

their communities.

• Arrange that the teachers will organize ‘Design for Change’

contest in the same school, acting as a mentor for the students.

• Select judges to choose a winning project that can change the

community for the better.

• Assist the students, with the help of the Volunteer teacher to

implement the project.

• Ensure local winners are automatically entered into the

National contest and the National winner will compete with

other country winners for an International Prize.

• Inspire stories of change.
