BRAZING AND REPAIR WORK

Specialised temperature controlled LPG Gas furnaces, designed for bit repairs. Can handle up to 22” diameter bit in the one unit and 20” in the other unit.

Gas Powder Metal Spray Welding (surface hard facing application). Application thickness max 2mm (2-15mm in conjunction with floppy rod).

Oxy brazing and welding - wear protection and build up/overlay.

PB1000 Shot blaster capable of blasting parts up to 100kgs each and max dimensions of 300 x 300mm (we can handle large parts as an exception-Sub contract).

Manual grinding/specialiseddiamond grinding.

BRAZING AND REPAIR WORK

Rotary Table for application of hard facing to cylindrical parts. Max dia.70mm x 200mm.

Mig welding up to 20mm plate (Bissaloy, 4140, etc).300 amp inverter welder and 500 amp inverter welder.

Induction brazing - 30 KW high frequency. Max capacity - 3kg steel components. Brazing Tungsten tiles.

Flux cored/metal cored/solid metal welding wires.

Hard Facing - Tungchip welding and TungStud welding. Limitations are job specific.
