The About a Chair AAC26 design exudes the

functional simplicity that is characteristic of

this entire series. The solid shell comprises a

curved back with armrests in polypropylene,

providing excellent comfort and a soft, unified

silhouette, while the four-legged bent steel tube

base reinforces the minimalistic expression and

ensures optimal durability. Available in a wide

range of shell colours and base finishes, as well as

optional front upholstery or fixed seat cushion,

this multi-functional chair offers the opportunity

to create numerous design combinations for

private or public settings.

PRODUCT DETAILS

/ Part of a multi–functional family of dining and conference

chairs, office chairs, bar stools, lounge chairs, tables, an

ottoman and a sofa.

/ Variability of shell colours and base finishes.

/ Suitable for a wide variety of private and public environments.

/ Qualified for contract use.

/ Available with plastic shell, with front- and seat upholstery

(AAC26) and full upholstery (AAC27) in a large selection of

fabrics and leathers.

/ Other base options are: Swivel base, wheel base, sled base,

solid wood legs and moulded plywood legs.

/ Shell is also available without armrest.

GLIDERS

/ PLASTIC GLIDER. Standard on all. Suitable for

most floorings which are not too sensitive.

/ CARPET TRUMPET GLIDER. For carpets especially those

which are loosely tufted because the glider is smoother

and with less resistance than standard plastic glider.

For firm carpets we recommend the standard glider.

/ FELT TRUMPET GLIDER. For wooden floors.

OPTIONS

/ Seat Pad in black leather with an anti-slip backside.

/ Front upholstery 10 mm foam.

/ Seat upholstery 10 mm foam.

TESTS

/ EN 16139:2013 L2 for strength, durability and safety

according to the requirements for non-domestic seating

and loading for extreme use.
