Participants are to bring:

• You need to bring a sewing machine (with its manual if you have it).

You could perhaps arrange to share a machine with a friend. • Grey or off-white spool of thread • A bobbin wound with grey or off-white thread • Sharp scissors for cutting fabric • Two #16 or #18 needles that are compatible with your sewing

machine • A ruler—preferably an 18 inch ruler or yardstick or a tape measure • A pencil • A regular sewing needle, and a thimble • A thimble and a needle threader, if you use these
