hose. Hydroformed.

Annular corrugated. Narrow pitch.

Conforming to EN ISO 10380 Standard.

Characteristics: High reliability, good flexibility, resistant to corrosion and static/pulsating

pressure, absence of permeability, excellent absorption of vibrations.

Solution for overcoming all problems related to static or dynamic offsets.

Size range: From DN10 to DN300.

Supply condition: From DN10 to DN50 continuous lengths on reel or in standard manufacturing

lengths, depending on the requested quantities.

For diameters over DN50, in standard manufacturing lengths.

Fittings: In any material or type by TIG welding, silver brazing, or by mechanical fixing.

Braid ferrules available for optimal attachment of end connectors.

Materials: Stainless steel 1.4541 EN10028-7 (AISI 321).

Stainless steel 1.4404 EN10028-7 (AISI 316L).

Nickel alloy 2.4819 DIN 17750 (ASTM B575 UNS N10276).

On request, other grades of St. St.

Construction: Hydroforming of a longitudinally butt-welded tube.

Types: SP.T.9700 without braid.

SP.T.9750 with one braid in St. St. 1.4301 EN10088-3 (AISI 304).

SP.T.9755 with two braids in St. St. 1.4301 EN10088-3 (AISI 304).

SP.T.9770 with braided braid in St. St. 1.4301 EN10088-3 (AISI 304).

SP.T.9777 with two braided braid in St. St. 1.4301 EN10088-3 (AISI 304).

Braids in other grades of St. St. : 1.4541 EN10088-3 (AISI 321) or 1.4404

EN10088-3 (AISI 316L) are available on request for quantities to be agreed.

Coverings: SP.T.975VS with one braid in St. St. 1.4301 EN10088-3 (AISI 304) and additional

sleeve in silicone coated fibreglass. Available for hose assembly only, not for

bulk hoses.

Use: Delivery under pressure or vacuum of all liquid or gaseous fluids compatible

with stainless steel under severe environmental conditions, combined with

aggressive chemicals, high temperature, high pressure, frequent movements,

static or dynamic offsets, vibrations.

High corrugation, narrow pitch, standard thickness.

Applications: Cryogenic and technical gasses, industrial and aeronautical refrigeration,

exhaust gas systems, air bleed and oil breather in aircrafts, inflammable fluids

on board of ships, gas turbines, solar energy systems, transformers,

compressors, gas and LPG hoses and connectors, blast furnaces, converters.

Working pressure: Up to 105 bar (SP.T.9755 DN10), depending on hose size and on number and

type of braids. See technical table.

Temperature: -200° ÷ 550°C.

For a temperature range 50°÷550°C working pressure must be reduced by

applying the relevant coefficients (see document “B205 Derating factors”

available in the attachments in the Technical Data section of this product).

To order long-length hose in drums, insert “99” between the letter T and the number

(for example T3272 bulk hose - T993272 hose in drum).

Flexible hoses available in drums are labelled with * in the part number box.

150 meters for DN 3/4” , DN 1”

Description:

Stainless steel or nickel alloy flexible

hose. Mechanically formed.

Annular corrugated. Narrow pitch.


Characteristics: Good flexibility and high reliability, resistant to corrosion and excellent

resistance to static/pulsating pressure, absence of permeability, excellent

absorption of vibrations.


Suitable for explosive atmospheres.


Supply conditions: Continuous lengths on reel or hanks, depending on the requested quantities.

Fittings: In any material or type by TIG welding, silver brazing, or by mechanical fixing.


Materials: Stainless steel 1.4404 EN10028-7 (AISI 316L) .

Nickel alloy 2.4856 EN10095 (ASTM B443 UNS N06625).


Profile:

Construction: Mechanical forming of a longitudinally butt-welded tube.




EN10088-3 (AISI 316L) or other types of coverings are available on request for

quantities to be agreed.

Use: Delivery under pressure, low pressure or vacuum of all liquid or gaseous fluids


combined with aggressive chemicals, high temperature, high pressure,

resistance to vibration thanks to narrow pitch and high corrugation profile.


Supply conditions: Continuous lengths on reel up to DN 50, standard manufacturing lengths for

bigger sizes.

Fittings: Braid ferrules and various type of fittings available.

Materials: Stainless steel 1.4571 EN10028-7 (AISI 316Ti).

On request, for quantities to be agreed, other grades of St. St. or other alloys.

Profile:

Construction: Steel strip profiling, longitudinal butt welding and on line mechanical forming.

Welds 100% inspected.

Types: Hose can be supplied without or with one or more stainless steel braiding

1.4301 EN10088-3 (AISI 304).

Other braiding type available upon request.
