History of the Mart in s Central Park Martin's Central Park opened in March 2007, and marks a new chapter in the history of Martin's Hotels: after Walloon Brabant and the outskirts of Brussels, after Louvain and Bruges, now you can stay in the heart of the capital of Europe under the wing and benefiting from the know-how of the kingfisher. Mart in s Cent ral Park occupies a long building with seven storeys, with a charm ing courtyard garden at the rear. The complete renovation of the premises is already underway in all the reception areas (lobby, atrium, ICONES Lounge Bar & Restaurant) and on the upper floors in the bathrooms.

The Rooms Mart in s Cent ral Park has 100 remarkably calm rooms that are very comfortably appointed. The bathrooms, completely renovated, combine modern design and attention to detail: a bath with relaxing curves, with massage jets in the Charming categories, large white rectangular tiles alternated with small chocolate mosaic tiles matching the floor, cosy cupboards and soft towels. In short, a great place to relax between touristic trips and marathon meetings.

Seminars and banquets The whole first floor of Martin's Central Park is dedicated to business or cultural seminars and events. In the very cosy entrance hall, a picture window offers a bird's eye view of the Coffee Corner and the comings and goings in the atrium.

Around this entrance hall, there are 5 meeting rooms with a capacity of 5 to 120 guests. This is where we find the strengths of Martin's Hotels: daylight modular partitions, attentive service, personalised organisation, flexible hours.

For the business aspect: everything is planned in detail to surround you in comfort. 3 of our rooms are equipped with simultaneous translation booths. The coffee breaks are taken in the atrium, on the ground floor, adjoining the garden: perfect for getting a breath of fresh air.

For the relaxation/events aspect: you can count on the expertise and creativity of Martin's Hotels when it comes to team building (indoor and outdoor) and make use of the round- the-clock fitness room and the charm of impeccable rooms for your residential seminars.

The Bar The Lounge Bar & Restaurant I cones , on the ground floor, is open from 11.00 am unt il 3.00 pm and from 6.00 pm until 11.00 pm (closed Saturday at noon and Sunday at noon). It offers a wide range of cocktails and a full select ion of Mart in s famous beers.

The Restaurant The Lounge Bar Restaurant I cones is open from 12.00 am unt il 2.30 pm and from 7.00 pm unt il 10.00 pm. The restaurant is closed on Saturday noon and Sunday noon.

The Fitness Room Situated on the 7th floor of the hotel, the fitness room is open every weekday from 7.00 am till 10.00 pm and every week-end from 10.00 am till 10.00 pm with free access to the sauna, Jacuzzi and cardio- fitness equipment.

1. ACCOMODATION

1.1 Up until 30 days before the date of arrival, 20% of the total number of rooms booked can be cancelled without cost.

1.2 Between 29 days and 7 days before date of arrival: 10% without cost. 1.3 Between 6 days and 2 days before date of arrival: 5% without cost. 1.4 Between the day of arrival and the expected departure date, any booking cancelled

will be charged in full. 1.5 Cancellations which exceed the percentages laid down in the points 1.1 through 1.4

will be invoiced in full.

2. CONFERENCES AND BANQUETS

2.1 Reduction of the number of participants. 2.1.1 Between 60 days and 30 days before the date of the event, the total number of par-

ticipants may be reduced by 20% without cost. 2.1.2 Between 29 days and 7 days before the date of the event: by 10% without cost. 2.1.3 Between 6 days and 3 days before the date of the event: by 5% without cost. 2.1.4 2 days or less before the event, no reduction in the number of participants may be

taken and the event shall be invoiced in full. 2.1.5 Any cancellation which exceeds the percentages set out under points 2.1.1. through

2.1.3 cannot be taken into account and will be invoiced in full.

2.2 In case of full cancellation of the event 2.2.1 Before 90 days, the hotel will invoice 10% of the cost of the event to cover adminis-

trative costs. 2.2.2 Between 90 days and 60 days : 25% of the cost of the event. 2.2.3 Between 59 days and 30 days : 50% of the cost of the event. 2.2.4 Between 29 days and 7 days before the date of the event: 75% of the cost of the

event. 2.2.5 6 days or less before the event, the hotel will invoice the event in full.
