En 2005 y 2007 reciben el apoyo de USAID, con el

cual: adquieren equipos de procesamiento de

chocolate

Hacen mejoras en un local prestado por FUNDELOSA

A partir de este momento comienzan a elaborar y

comercializar su producto en conjunto.

Founded in 2010 as alternative sourcing model for chocolate makers and cacao farmers.�

Grew 300% in 2012 and now working with over 200 farming families, responsible for 50% of Belize’s cacao exports.�Supplying 10 bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the U.S. and 2 in Belize, with over 21 unique products made using MMC cacao.�

Expanding into Guatemala, where MMC led the first export of Guatemalan cacao to the U.S. bean-to-bar chocolate market.�

PRODUCT MISSION:�26 metric tons (MT) produced this season to date�35 MT anticipated by end of FY �10 chocolate makers using MMC cacao �91% fermentation level �
