Deputy Director Campus Facilities (Commercial Development)

We require an outstanding candidate for the new role of Deputy Director of Campus Facilities (Commercial Development). You will drive forward our commercialisation agenda, helping the University to transform the way we deliver services to students, staff and visitors. You will bring strategic commercial leadership to areas including catering, conferencing, sporting facilities and student accommodation.

The ideal candidate will identify commercial opportunities and grow new and existing commercial income, maximising the use of the University campuses and facilities. You will be responsible for leading the creation and delivery of innovative commercial strategies to optimise return on investment and delivering cost reductions.

To succeed, you will already have a track record of working at a senior commercial professional management level with strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high level stakeholder management abilities. You must share the same ambition to achieve challenging goals and turn the University’s aims into reality.
