    Problem trigrring point is Your unability to experience the happiness. In the same sitiuation kuch log sukh ka anubhav karenge and kuch log usi situation mein sukh ka aunbhav nahin kar pa rahein hai. Sukh ek internal feeling hai, ise feel karne ke liye kisi person ka ya kisi situation ka intajaar nahin karna chaiye, ise har wakt feel karna hai. Humne apne jivan ke yatra mein aise milestone rakh diye hai ke ye hoga to humein kushi milegi, aisa kar denge to kushi milegi.....lekin andar agar ek hauloness hai to situational kushi ya momentry exietment mil sakti hai lekin aantrik kushi nahin milegi. Aise hi bahot samay tak agar happinessfeel nahin ki to kuch samay baad paristhiti badal bhi jaay tab bhi hum kushi experience nahin kar paye because that picked has gone very very down.

Subah hi ye goal bana lena chaiye. Need to start belive that we can be happy in every moment.

    Log subah uthte hai aur sochte hai uff ek aur din....aaj main kya karunga....aajphir office mein unhi logo ko jhelana hai.......Subah uthto to bache ki tarah..

    .....bache kitini kushi se uthte hai....start it is and it will be GOOD DAY. Awake before sunrise....if possible go terrace and experience nature....uss samay thoda andhera hota hai aur dhere dhere ujala hota hai, feel that glow....yehi toawakening hai.

    Jitne jaldi aap aware means Sajag ho jaayegein ki aap depressed hai utna aacha.Because its easier to over come at the eairly stage. Khush hote hote hum pareshaan ho jate hai and then this frinquency bhad jati hai. Aur dhere dhere hum jaadatar pareshaan rahtein hai.

    Depression hamare galat vichaaro ke karan ho raha hai. Negative thoughts. Its amyth that if you are depressed means you are weak person.

    Koi bhi vyakti ya situation mere man ko control nahin kar sakata hai. Nobody canmake you depressed without your permission. Start self consuling. Types of Depression: 1) Reactive Depression: business mein loss or death of somebody in family/friends...bahar ke situation ko react kar kar aanewala depression. 2) Andogenus Depression happens beauce of internal cemical distruabance. 3) sicostik Depression means depressed bhi aur sico bhi.Pagal jaisi harkate karega. Aajkal nigetive sochna aur dhukhi rahana natural ho gaya hai. Children do not learn by teaching children learn what you DO. Do right thing in front of children this way you are creating the right thought pattern within them.
