All our wedding packages include the following

items at no charge:

- Your choice of table linen and napkin colors

- Chair covers and choice of sashes/bows

- Skirted head table with riser

- Room rental

- Room set up and tear down

- Use of the golf course grounds for picture taking

- Complimentary cutting and plating of your    

wedding cake

- Ladies’ Lounge available for the Bride and

bridesmaids to freshen up

of planning your event to the finale

 

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required at

time of booking. Fifty percent of your estimated

total is due 2 weeks prior to the event and the

balance is due within 3 days after the event.

Installments can be made also towards total invoice.

Guaranteed number of guests are required 1 week

prior to the event and you will be charged based on

those numbers.

charge, so that we may show you around and

answer any questions you may have.  We look

forward to working with you to create the “Perfect

Day”.

Bar and Wine Service

Our banquet bar is stocked with Bridgewater Country Club standard Rye, Scotch, Rum, Vodka, Gin,

Domestic Beer and House Wines.  Premium spirits are available by prior arrangements.  All of our

bartenders are trained in and have obtained their Smart Serve Certification.

 5 Hour Standard Open Bar ~ $35.00 per person

~ applicable when the host is paying for the bar

Prices include: mixes, ice, glasses and bartender

Host Bar ~ Applicable when the host is paying for the bar. Prices include mixes (pop, iced tea,

cranberry juice and orange juice), ice, glasses and bartender. The host bar is measured in tenths. The

host only pays the amount consumed in the bottle.

• Domestic Bottled Beer $4.42

Cash Bar ~ applicable when the guests are paying for their own drinks.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and 18% gratuity. All prices are also subject to change due to

market prices, however are finalized at time of date reserved. The AGCO requires you to apply for and

provide us with a copy of a special occasion permit to bring wine onto the premises for any event.

chef to use a few days prior to the event.

- 2 layer slab cake with choice of filling and cake flavour

and butter cream.

Additional charge for décor beyond basic butter cream

Faux Wedding Cake Options:

A good way to cut the cost! Our pastry chef can

design a tiered faux cake with optional real cake

tier for bride and groom to cut and keep for 1st

anniversary.
