Experiential Learning Opportunity GSA platform to connect experiential learning
opportunities with career development needs

Initially developed for digital services type
opportunities but can be leveraged for
acquisition community

NOT to be used for staff augmentation
Can satisfy certification CLP requirements,
drive employee engagement up, and improve
recruitment and retention efforts
Gives workforce opportunity to build skills they
might not otherwise be able to develop in their
current job
