Under the head of FAFLC (Federal Ashwas Financial Literacy Centre), opened 285 Account with zero balance under the government scheme " Mukhyamatri jandana yojanaand also created awareness among the people about NPS (National pension Scheme) in Maliya village. The head of the Department Mr.Bharadwaj attended the 3 days of counselor training programme at Aluva, Kerala.

Education Department Education department has conducted 92 Bal mandal meetings and 1589 students have taken part in the meetings. The meeting was conducted to help students to make their future brighter and for their personality development. Jeevan Jyothi Ashram has started seven new Balmandals and 120 students added in to the groups. Essay writing competition was arranged for the

students and 752 students took part in the competition. To improve the general knowledge of the students Navjeevan Trust has started Gujarati Olympiad and 349 students have registered.. Celebrated Independence day on 15th August with different type of competitions in all our centers to give them the importance the Independence day. And also it was an occasion for them to relax and enjoy.

The meetings of the school management committee has been conducted and 117 people participated in it, and also organized Rallies in different villages to make rural people aware the importance of education for adolescent girls under the child development programme and also organized 30 meetings for the parents and teachers and in the meetings 488 parents and 160 teachers were participated. During the month of August 57 meetings has been conducted for

the Adolescent girls to give the importancin their studies.

The independence day was celebrated by Sankalp project on August 15th in Surendranagar dist. From different villages 1028 people participated in the celebration. Along with celebration we arrangeducation for the adolescent girls from 8th to 10 standard. We have distributed IE, DEC materials, Folders, IVR pamphlets, Government Scheme pamphlets.
