2015-2016

Department of Physical Education is working for the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional

development of the students. Gymkhana Managing Committee is working for the fulfillment of the goal

of the department. Gymkhana managing committee for the academic year 2015-2016 was as follows;

This year college has participated in Athletics, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Football, Judo

Weight Lifting, Cycling, Chess, Cross Country, Volleyball, Swimming, Cricket, Gymnastics, Kho-Kho, and

Shooting. We received gold medal in Baseball (Women), Baseball (Men), Bronze medal in Softball

(Women) and Athletics Men’s Championship. We have also organized Intercollegiate Baseball

Competition and Invitational State Level “Modern Shri” Best Physique Competition. For promotion of

the Sports and Games among student we organized Interclass Sports Competitions which includes

Badminton, Table Tennis, Athletics (100 M, 400 M, 1600 M, Javelin throw and Shot put), Football, 3-A-

Side Football, Basketball, Throw ball, Dodge ball, and Volleyball.
