Orientation: Mandatory for registration (space is limited) Course Length for DA: 2 quarters Course Length for RDA: 4 quarters (first 2 quarters are DA) Course Days: Tuesday-Friday Course Time: 8:00-3:30 pm (lunch break 11:00-12:30) First Day of Class: TBD What will you receive: Certificate of Completion *see reverse (contingent on 95% attendance) Course Costs: At the orientation payment must be made in full for 2 quarters ($800) plus a NON- REFUNDABLE $50 registration fee (see refund policy)-cash or check only. *If you continue onto to RDA you will be required to pay an additional $800 before completing the DA program. .

Dental Assistant (DA) $800 *students are required to complete 10 month program
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) $400 per quarter *2 quarters of Dental Assisting with a certificate of completion is a prerequisite for students to enroll in Registered Dental Assisting

Course Days: Tuesday - Friday Course Time: 8:30—11:30 pm (NEW TIME!) Start Date: Tuesday 08/12/2020 What You Can Receive: Certificate of Completion (contingent on 95% attendance & overall grade of C or better) Course Cost: DA Program: $2,500 (includes a non- refundable $70 registration fee). Full payment of $2,500 OR partial payment of $1,275 is required at registration, and $1,250 (includes a $25 administrative fee) is due in five months. RDA Program: $2,200 is required at registration. Registration: Online or in-person (Adult Ed office, room C12) Cash, check, debit or credit card.

Dental Assistant (DA) The Dental Assistant Program prepares the student with the necessary manipulative skills, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience to obtain related employment. All students receive their x-ray license upon successful completion of the Dental Assisting Program. This course meets the mandatory 8 hour Infection Control and California Dental Practice Act requirement for all Dental Assistants in the state of California. Upon successful completion of the Dental Assistant Program, students will be eligible to advance to the Registered Dental Assistant Program* *Additional fees apply IMPORTANT SKILLS TO ENTER THE COURSE

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) The Registered Dental Assistant Program prepares the stu-dent with the necessary skills to become eligible for the State Registered Dental Assistant Exam and to obtain related em-ployment. This course meets the mandatory 8 hour Infection Control and California Dental Practice Act requirement for all Dental Assistants and Registered Dental Assistants in Califor-nia.
