of the push agent.

• Nanoparticles prepared by the dendritic template has uniform size, as catalyst can significantly improve the catalytic activity of the push agent. Dendrimer on the surface of nanoparticles is curled state in air or poor solvents, while it’s non-curled state in good solvents such as alcohols,it’s stretched state, thus affecting the performance. Dendrimers-OH was used as template to prepare Pt nanoparticles, in the gas phase it doesn’t adsorb carbon monoxide. While in ethanol, the adsorption amount was significantly increased, substantially saturated after 1 hour adsorption. • Dendrimers as drug carriers have good performance as its unique cavity structure and a lot of end groups, such as adequate drug loading, long-term cycle, better drug targeting, drug release controllability, and little or no toxicity. Anticancer drug loaded by dendrimers has good targeting and long-term retention, it has stronger vascular permeability to lesions, but in normal tissues has weak permeability, even in normal tissues will loop out and enter into the diseased tissue again. Drug can be loaded onto dendrimer in two ways. Non-covalent interaction, hydrogen bonding, hydrophobic interactions, ion electrostatic interaction; covalent interaction, including graft drug on the surface of dendrimer by chemical reaction. Dendrimers have been used as drug carriers for methylamine purine, paclitaxel, fluorouracil anticancer drugs in vivo animal experiments, have good load targeting.

• Caries has been recognized as the most common chronic disease, and dental caries formation process is irreversible. Dendrimer was used as a template to control the formation of inorganic substance, simulate enamel mineralization and crystallization processes, to prepare a microstructure material with unique structural features and biological properties. permeability of microfiber synthetic leather.

• Leather substrate was synthesized by glutaraldehyde cross-linked dendrimer and microfiber, increasing the functional group content, so that the health performance of fabric was improved. Process under optimum conditions show that microfiber synthetic leather, tear strength improved by 27.95% compared with pre-unhydrolyzed, the tensile strength increased by 23.95%, water vapor permeability improved by 96.72%, elongation at break increased by 57.21% ,amino group content increased by 330.61%.
