Government – Why?• Government is the exercise of authority in
a political unit; rule.
• Some people need more rules/government than others - they need to be told what to do because they can’t handle decision making.
• How much is too much?
Nationhood• In theory, all nations
are equal (regarding rights and duties).
• In reality, those with economic and/or military advantages are “MORE” equal.
