• Only 46% people with dementia have a diagnosis.
• There is huge variation in diagnosis rates and progress being made.

led by the Alzheimer’s Society working in partnership with the Dementia Action Alliance.

• Aim: a million Dementia Friends by 2015 who have knowledge and confidence to help people with dementia feel understood and included in their community.
