IT Customer ViewpointI’m caught in a difficult place. It’s hard to balance thedesires and demands of our workforce with theconcerns of managing our systems smoothly andsecurely. I should be able to manage our notebooksanywhere in the world without leaving my desk. Mycompany data should be just as safe on the other side ofthe world as in the home office.
