New Horizons 2012!

New Horizons is an unique conference and its purpose & content totally reflects its name. NEW

Horizons is all about NEW.

We have recruited NEW members, raised NEW EPs, and now it is time to raise NEW powerful

generation of participants of Experiential Leadership Development programs. This year we have

developed NEW concept of this amazing conference: 3 separate tracks (Member, Leadership & Outgoing

Preparation) which all together will ensure quality of experiences we provide as an entity, increase

commitment of our members to the organization, unite them & motivate to perform when they'll be back to

their LCs.

Simulation of LCs, Leadership pyramid, Ambassadorship awareness, Member Committee as

facilitators and much more you & your members will be able to experience only once and only during NEW

HORIZONS 2012!

5 December - on the first day of New Horizons will be forum "Youth and Business" (Kyiv)

Forum "Youth and Business" - a unique meeting event for young leaders from different cities of Ukraine

and leading companies and organizations to create educational environment, identify prospects and suggest

possible actions on issues that are important to society in business and corporate social responsibility.

Forum Objectives:

to provide information to their members and students about the current situation in Ukraine in

business development and corporate social responsibility;

to improve the understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the experience of

companies in Ukraine;

to create dialogue between young people and corporate sector on topics of current trends;

Track role: to provide newly recruited

members with enough knowledge and

develop their skills.

to ensure they will have qualitative TMP XP in AIESEC.

Track role: to provide delegates with

tools to explore and develop their

leadership skills to ensure high

performance of leaders of AIESEC in

Ukraine inside and outside the

organization.

Track role: to make Exchange

participants be well prepared for

internship, to familiarize them with

AIESEC as organization and to

qualitative international experience.
